January 11-29
Survey of Black Community in City of Washington. Co-operative project with W&J students of interviews and survey of historic structures. (To assist or be included in interviews, call project coordinator, Sandy Mansmann 724-348-7801.)

April 18, 1 p.m. Sunday
Annual Membership luncheon at The Doctors' In, Main Street Hickory. Overview of Main Street and village, followed by walking tour that includes a visit to community center's historic display.

June 13, time TBA, Sunday
"Sunday Fun Day" starts at PA. Trolley Museum and includes tour of 1806 John White House at fairgrounds. Historic displays, demonstrations and refreshments.

August 14-21 noon to 9.m. Saturday to Saturday
Open House at John White House during annual County Fair. Displays and demonstrations, with concentration on log structures in Washington County and surrounds.

September 11, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday
at Citizens Library. "History Community Day" Historical organizations from the tri-state area are invited to display information, handouts and membership applications. Open to the public at minimal cost. Modest fee for table space at library. Refreshments available.

October 10, 1 p.m. Sunday
"Cooking With Fire Over Time" - Authentic demonstrations and tasting at various area historic sites.
